David Hopps

Managing Director

A former Major in the British Army and a qualified Ammunition Technical Officer (ATO), Weapons Intelligence expert and Staff College graduate, David formed DHA Ltd in 2006. His experience as a military officer, especially as a member of the Maritime Counter Terrorism Team, and, latterly, in the international security arena where he advised US Homeland Security on global weapons and explosives issues, convinced him that there was a need for a dedicated safety solutions service provider where rapid response, quality, compliance and cost sensitivity were the key ingredients for success. David has built DHA Global on these principles.
