Conventional Munitions Disposal

Munitions stockpiles are in constant need of updating thanks to advancements in technology, changing threats, development of new requirements or because the munition has become obsolete or dangerous to continue to use and store.

All munitions will have a requirement at the end of their life to be disposed of. There are many methods by which this achieved.

The purpose of this course is to develop an understanding amongst the students as to how to achieve this in the most cost and environmentally effective manner.
